WHO WE ARE, WHERE WE ARE, WHAT WE DO
United for Gifted is a support group for parents of gifted children in the New York city / and Northern NJ area looking to share experiences, connect with other parents and support educational programs and activities for gifted children
Our mission is to empower, support, and represent the collective of parents who are exploring the best ways to engage their kids intellect, stimulate their creativity, and above all help them discover their interests while supporting social growth as well as individuality.
Parents of gifted children face numerous challenges but the greatest of all is to feel lonely and guilty for not finding the right answers to endless questions. Gifted children need adult leaders to help them make choices, take chances and accept themselves when they fall short of perfection.
At UFG you will find resources for the education of gifted children, a community that is committed to making a difference, and inspirational stories. Join us today and be an advocate for children without a voice and parents desperate to find the right answers.
We would love to hear about your experience. If you would like to join United for Gifted, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org OR join our newsletter, Gifted Today. Register!
